Our Branches

ONE MISSION. SIX PATHWAYS.

The Blooming Path is not six separate programs operating independently. It is one connected mission designed to meet people where they are.

Our six pathways help us provide the right support, guidance, relationships, exposure, and opportunities to the right individual at the right stage of life. Each pathway serves a distinct purpose, while together they create a broader network for growth, belonging, development, and opportunity.

SIX PATHWAYS OF SUPPORT

Different people need different things at different points in their journey. Our pathways allow The Blooming Path to respond intentionally — connecting each person with the experiences, resources, and community that best support where they are and where they are going.

STEMS Unlocked

STEMS Unlocked introduces young girls to science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and safety — the S most programs leave out. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship from women working in technical fields, and awareness of community and surrounding area events, the program breaks down the barriers that keep girls out of technical work and opens pathways to career growth and academic excellence.

ABLE

ABLE stands for Arts, Business, Law, and Education. The branch is for high school and college girls who already have a talent in one of these fields and want to understand where to take it. Through curated workshops, legal and business mentorship, and time with women already working in the field, ABLE gives them a place to sharpen what they are good at and see where it can lead.

Bloom Brotherhood

The Bloom Brotherhood serves young men and emerging leaders—including high school seniors, college students, and those entering the workforce—by providing a dedicated space for growth, accountability, direction, and purpose. Through structured mentorship, leadership development, and workforce readiness, participants build confidence, strengthen life and career skills, and prepare to contribute meaningfully to their families, workplaces, and communities.

House of Ivy

House of Ivy is for young women heading to college and for those already there. The program helps them find and win scholarships, understand what campus actually asks of them before they arrive, and stay connected to mentors who have already walked it. Ivy cannot climb on its own — it reaches the top of the wall by gripping something sturdy the whole way up. House of Ivy is that structure: the guidance and the relationships that turn an acceptance letter into a degree.

The Garden Circle

The Garden Circle is where the mentors come from. Every other branch runs on someone further along being willing to turn around and reach back, and this is where those people gather. They bring what they have learned in their own careers and communities and carry it into the rooms where it is needed most. A path is only as good as the people already standing on it.
